2. Analytics & Data Collection
We believe in Privacy by Design. We do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party tracking pixels (like Google or Facebook) on our marketing pages.
Private Analytics (Umami): To understand how our website is used, we run a self-hosted instance of Umami Analytics.
- No Cookies: Unlike traditional analytics, our system does not store cookies on your device.
- Anonymized Data: We collect basic metrics (pages viewed, device type, country) which are anonymized. We cannot identify you personally.
- Data Sovereignty: All analytics data is stored on our own servers (`metrics.ocmalabs.com`) in Europe, under our direct control.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
We do not process payments or store credit card details directly. All secure payment transactions, invoicing, and tax compliance (VAT/Sales Tax) are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
When you purchase a product, your billing information is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We only receive confirmation of your license status.
4. Cookies
Since we use cookie-less analytics, this website generally does not use cookies. We may use local storage or a functional cookie solely to remember your UI preferences (such as Dark Mode). We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
