1. Legal Notice & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and José Manuel Chacón García (trading as "Ocma Labs"), with Tax ID ES75751903T and registered address at Avda. Las Ciencias, 20, B6, 4E, Seville, Spain.

By accessing our website or purchasing our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Merchant of Record (Reseller)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

This means that when you purchase a license, the contractual relationship regarding the payment and tax compliance is between you and Lemon Squeezy, subject to their Terms of Service. The license to use the software is granted by Ocma Labs under the conditions described below.

3. License Agreement

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software.

  • Ownership: You own the media/copy on which the software is recorded, but Ocma Labs retains ownership of the software itself and all intellectual property rights.
  • Usage: The scope of the license (e.g., Single Site, Unlimited Sites) is defined by the specific plan you purchased.
  • Redistribution: You may not re-sell, sub-license, or redistribute the source code of our software to third parties.

4. Refund Policy (14 Days)

We want you to be happy with our software. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If the software does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase by contacting support@ocmalabs.com. We will process the refund via our Merchant of Record.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

Our software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ocma Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the software will be bug-free or that it will work perfectly in every possible server environment or with every third-party plugin.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seville, Spain.
